What is provided?
You will need: A 3-4 season sleeping Bag
We will provide: Everything else! Including:
- Knife, Axe and Saw in line with Alone regulations
- Fire striker in line with Alone regulations
- 2L cast iron dutch oven in line with Alone regulations
- Paracord and Tarp in line with Alone regulations
- Any additional material required for your learning extras such as snare wire, fishing line for Day 1.
- A selection of Game and Fish for your main sustenance.

Dietary Requirements
Our course leaders have a mix of allergies so we know how important it is to get the dietary needs right. If you have any allergens please let us know right away so we can make sure we tailor your experience to be fully inclusive of your needs.
Your course food will be provided for you as primarily game and fish, simulating the alone experience. You can choose to do this course in warmer months however and take advantage of seasonal foraged finds too. However your main energy source will be protein based.
So if you have a specific dietary need just let us know! We are happy to help and want you to also enjoy a brilliant time out without worrying.
Optional Extras
Every single one of our courses can be adapted to suit your needs with highly customisable options and extras. This course is designed to provide an all round education on survival basics to allow you to spend the next two days alone.
Due to hunting laws in the UK you will not be engaging in hunting or trapping during this course but we can teach basic traps and fishing lines if you wish to learn. We will also provide clean water for your course but again, can teach how to filter water and choose water bodies in the wild as safely as possible.

Camping
This course includes two over night stays wild camping.
